The Digital Series “Split Power & Data” is a further extension of the design philosophy incorporated into the Digital Series Discreet USB cable. The inline power filter has its’ own dedicated 5VDC line to separate it from the data cable. The two USB 2.0 ‘A’ connectors merge into a single USB 2.0 ‘B’ connector that connects the cable to the DAC or other digital hardware. This separation reduces any crosstalk between power and data to virtually zero. Meticulously terminated with 4% lead free solder and deep immersion cryogenic treatment insures grain free, stunning performance.
